Fibre
BT Business Total Broadband requires BT line or similar and a Fibre compatible router with Ethernet WAN interface. 12/24 month minimum term. Fibre costs £35/£30 a month, Fibre Plus service cost £50/£45 a month. One off connection charge of £75 applies. Subject to availability, geographic location, line capability and conditions.
Fibre broadband & phone line
£44.45 is made up from £14.45 a month for the BT line and £30 a month for fibre broadband. To get the 500 free minutes customers must sign up to One Plan Traditional by 30 April 2010. Annual minimum committed spend. Reconciliation fees, conditions and terms apply.
Openzone Minutes
Opt-in required. Minimum 12 or 24 month term required. 500 minutes a month, provided during minimum term only. One-off voucher of 6,000 or 12,000 will provide for all minutes available during the minimum term. Only one voucher per BT Business Total Broadband connection. Wireless-enabled equipment required. Minutes can be used in hotspots, subject to coverage. Excludes downgrades. Conditions apply.
0800/0844 business number
Opt-in required. Available to new or existing BT Business Total Broadband Option 2/3 customers who re-contract. Line rental only included. Basic service only is provided. BT line or similar required. 0800 and 0844 Telemarketing Services are provided subject to BT's standard Conditions for BT Business Communications Service (Telemarketing Services).
Engineer appointment
£75 one off cost. Appointments between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Engineer will connect 1 PC. Terms and conditions apply.
Additional remote aftercare
