Reasons to switch?

  • Up to 40Mb

    Fibre broadband is our latest addition to our business broadband range of services, offering download speeds of up to 40Mb, as well as new faster upload rates of up to 2Mb with our standard product and up to 10Mb with Fibre Plus.

  • Prioritised traffic

    In addition to the new higher speeds of fibre broadband, our service also includes business prioritisation of traffic which means that during busy hours, 90% of the time the download should not be lower than 12Mb.

  • New fibre router & engineer installation

    When you upgrade to fibre broadband we'll send an engineer round to install your new service and help transfer any settings from your old router to a new fibre router. The BT Business Fibre Hub is included in the £75 one off charge.

How it works

MAC code help

A MAC code makes the switch from your provider to BT simple and quick with no disruption to your broadband service. Simply select your current provider from the drop down list at the top of the page to obtain the number to call them on so you can request your MAC code.

Can i transfer my email?

When you switch to BT you can transfer an existing domain name if you have one or you can use the BT email address issued when you connect. If you use an email address from your current ISP, it may be worth setting up email forwarding. This explains how you can forward email from a BT account.

Can I transfer my static IP address?

You can order a Static IP address when ordering BT Business Total Broadband. However, it is not possible to transfer a Static IP address from one ISP to another. If you order BT Business Total Broadband with a Static IP address, the address will be available as soon as the account is activated. You will receive details in your welcome letters and emails.

Can I transfer my domain name?

If you own a domain name you can easily transfer it to BT and you can also purchase a new domain. We'll send your username and password for your account when we acknowledge your broadband order. You will be able to log in after 24 hours and add a domain.
