Notes

1) For calls made abroad, a minimum charge is 16p for the first 30 seconds of a call and charged in per second seconds increments.

2) When sending a text from the EU and associated countries the charges will be no more than 9 pence.

3) When sending a text from abroad, UK price/message apply in addition to the above charge.

4) The call charges are in pence/minute and apply at all times.

5) The countries in zones are listed below.

6) There is no charge for calls in the EU to emergency number 112.

International Data Roaming

If your service is currently barred from International Roaming and you would like International Roaming to be activated please contact your Customer Service helpdesk and request that the bar be removed.

Please note that we may ask for a deposit or evidence of a satisfactory BT payment history before activating International Roaming. When requesting activation of International Roaming please allow at least 3 working days before you travel for the activation to take effect.
