All BT Business customers now receive the new BT Assurance support service as standard - at no extra cost. Featuring round-the-clock fault reporting and a simplified calling process, that gets you smoothly to the right team. You'll enjoy one point of contact for repair issues on all BT's key products, including lines, Broadband, Broadband Voice, BT Mobile.
With BT Assurance, in the unlikely event of a fault, you simply call one number. The lines are open 24/7, so no matter what time or day you report a fault, you can rest assured that a team of experts is ready and waiting to deal with your fault.
How to report a fault?
There are two ways you can report a fault. You can do this online via our Business Faults and Repair area or you can call 0800 800 154.
What is BT Assurance Plus?
If your business requires a higher level of reassurance in the event of a fault, then sign up to BT Assurance Plus for only £9 per quarter per line. It provides all the benefits of BT Assurance, which you get as standard, but with some additional benefits.
Or, you can sign up to BT Business One Plan or BT Business Plan (excluding Lite) and you'll receive the BT Assurance Plus service as part of your plan at no extra cost. So not only do you benefit from great capped call rates, you also get enhanced service at the same time. There is no charge for signing up to BT One Plan or BT Business Plan.
