BT Assurance does not apply to faults that do not immediately affect the use of equipment by the customer or to Private Circuits. Usage Allowance

With standard broadband with phone line Option 1 there is a monthly usage allowance of 10GB each month. If you do occasionally go over this limit a small excess charge will appear on your next bill and we will send an email to your primary email account advising you.

Broadband Engineer installation

Your bill

Your first bill will include your rental charges billed quarterly in advance, and any one-off costs. Future bills will also be quarterly in advance and will be sent to your nominated billing address.
